6 月 12 日，魯班文化交流活動走進(jìn)三維公司，中國建筑業(yè)協(xié)會、中國墨子學(xué)會領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，山東省住建廳及相關(guān)單位負(fù)責(zé)同志，俄羅斯、德國等國家班?墨學(xué)院代表，中國香港、澳門及馬來西亞等國內(nèi)外建設(shè)行業(yè)協(xié)會代表、魯班研究學(xué)者，16 地市住建部門及建筑業(yè)協(xié)會負(fù)責(zé)同志等齊聚一堂。On June 12, the Luban Cultural Exchange Activity was held at Sanwei Company. Leaders from China Construction Industry Association and Chinese Mozi Society, officials from Shandong Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and relevant units, representatives from Ban?Mo Academies of Russia, Germany and other countries, construction industry associations from China's Hong Kong, Macao and Malaysia, Luban researchers, and officials from housing and construction departments of 16 cities attended the event.
　　      協(xié)會專家一行首先步入企業(yè)展廳，通過圖文展板、多媒體演示與現(xiàn)場講解，全面了解三維公司在企業(yè)發(fā)展歷程、組織架構(gòu)體系、核心業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域、生產(chǎn)施工能力、團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)、企業(yè)文化內(nèi)涵及社會公益實(shí)踐等方面的建設(shè)成果。First, the experts from the association entered the enterprise exhibition hall. Through graphic display boards, multimedia demonstrations and on-site explanations, they comprehensively learned about the construction achievements of Sanwei Company in terms of enterprise development history, organizational structure system, core business areas, production and construction capabilities, team building achievements, corporate culture connotations and social welfare practices.
　　       隨后，專家組深入生產(chǎn)車間實(shí)地考察，仔細(xì)查看車間功能布局、設(shè)備運(yùn)行效能、材料倉儲管理與安全防護(hù)措施，系統(tǒng)調(diào)研公司生產(chǎn)制造實(shí)力、現(xiàn)代化管理機(jī)制、特色企業(yè)文化建設(shè)成果及科技創(chuàng)新突破，與技術(shù)人員就生產(chǎn)工藝細(xì)節(jié)展開深入交流。Subsequently, the expert group conducted an on-site inspection of the production workshop. They carefully examined the functional layout of the workshop, equipment operation efficiency, material storage management, and safety protection measures. They systematically investigated the company's manufacturing strength, modern management mechanisms, achievements in characteristic corporate culture construction, and technological innovation breakthroughs, and had in-depth exchanges with technical personnel on production process details.
　　       調(diào)研結(jié)束后，專家組對三維公司精湛的加工工藝、優(yōu)質(zhì)的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和卓越的綜合制造能力給予高度評價，充分肯定公司長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展規(guī)劃與進(jìn)取向上的企業(yè)精神，并從行業(yè)前沿視角提出建設(shè)性意見。After the investigation, the expert group spoke highly of Sanwei Company's exquisite processing technology, high-quality products, and outstanding comprehensive manufacturing capabilities. They fully affirmed the company's long-term development plan and enterprising corporate spirit, and put forward constructive suggestions from the perspective of industry frontiers.
