隨著培訓(xùn)的深入，備受期待的比賽正式拉開帷幕。比賽現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，弧光閃爍，焊花飛濺，氣氛緊張而熱烈。來自公司各生產(chǎn)部門的多名精英焊工，身著專業(yè)防護(hù)服，頭戴防護(hù)面罩，手持焊槍，全神貫注地投入到比賽中。他們宛如技藝精湛的藝術(shù)家，精準(zhǔn)控制著電流與焊條的走向，每一道焊縫的勾勒都傾注了大量的專注與心血。The competition site was filled with a lively and passionate atmosphere. Welders, clad in protective clothing and gripping welding torches, were fully absorbed in the competition. The competition events were designed based on actual production and divided into two categories: basic and challenging. The basic events, including flat plate butt welding and horizontal fixed pipe welding, tested fundamental skills. The challenging events, such as special-shaped structural part welding and dissimilar metal material welding, examined technological innovation and the ability to adapt.

　　評(píng)判由公司技術(shù)骨干、質(zhì)量專家及權(quán)威評(píng)委組成評(píng)審團(tuán)，按行業(yè)高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，從焊縫外觀、內(nèi)部質(zhì)量、焊接效率與安全規(guī)范等方面，公正觀察打分。The judging panel was composed of the company's technical experts, quality specialists, and authoritative judges. In accordance with high industry standards, they made fair observations and scored the welders from aspects such as the appearance of weld seams, internal quality, welding efficiency, and compliance with safety regulations.

The award-winning contestants held certificates of honor and generous prizes, and their faces were filled with pride and joy.
